Explore Tokyo with Complimentary Tours 

We are delighted to announce that the Tokyo Convention and Visitors Bureau (TCVB) will be offering complimentary sightseeing tours to PRI in Person 2023 attendees before and after the conference. 

Registration details   

To participate in these complimentary tours, please register at the Tokyo City Information Desk located on 1F - ground floor of PAMIR conference venue. Please note, these tours are available on a first-come, first-served basis.  

Meiji Shrine Tour 
Date: Tuesday 3 October 
Time: 8:00 - 10:00 
Registration: Monday 2 October during pre-conference registration between 17:00 – 20:00.  

Explore the iconic Meiji Shrine, a tranquil oasis in the heart of Tokyo, and immerse yourself in its cultural significance. 
 
Tokyo Sky Tree Night View
Date: Thursday 5 October 
Time: 18:00 – 21:00 
Registration: Please visit Tokyo City Information Desk on 1F - ground floor. 

Enjoy the breathtaking nighttime views from the Tokyo Sky Tree, offering a panoramic perspective of this vibrant city. Participants will enjoy about a 40-minute break during which they will have an opportunity to purchase refreshments and capture memorable moments.

The tour courses are subject to change depending on the weather and traffic conditions. 
Participants of the complimentary tours above may be photographed/filmed by an authorized photographer/cameraman for the purpose of our records and future promotion of Tokyo. By joining these tours, you agree that your image may be used in full / in part and distributed for the above-mentioned purposes.

To ensure that your journey to PRI in Person 2023 is as seamless as possible, information desks will be available at Tokyo Airports, designed to assist you with directions to the conference venue and airport guidance.
